2020-21 TUITION POLICY
Our dance season begins in September and ends with our recital in June.
No registration accepted after January 31, 2021. EXCEPT FOR DANCE FITNESS
TUITION IS DUE THE FIRST WEEK OF EACH MONTH
Yearly tuition can be made in monthly payments and is due the first week of each month.
We accept CASH, CHECK or CHARGE (w/service fee) for tuition, registration and costume payments.
We do not pro-rate for illness or vacations.
All payments received after the 15th of the month will incur a $20 late fee. Accounts with a balance of $500 or more will be charged a late fee of 10% each month.
We will bill you, by email, when your account is past due.
Payments that are mailed must be received on or before the 15th to avoid a late fee. Please allow 5 business days, even when mailing from Brighton.
A registration fee of $30/dancer, $15 for each additional dancer in a family.
TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE
45-60 minute class is $495/year or $55/month for 9 months (no payment in June)
Each additional class (2nd-5th)/student is $450/year or $50/month
6 or more classes (or competition group) are an additional $30/month/class or group (There is no tuition cap)
Each ADDITIONAL student per family:
2nd dancer gets 10% off tuition
3rd dancer or more gets 15% off tuition
Private Lessons are $45/30 minutes for currently registered students and $60 for non-registered dancers.
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
You are responsible for tuition every month until JUNE or UNTIL YOU NOTIFY the office that you are withdrawing from the class. We hold your spot in that class until you let us know otherwise.
Pay yearly tuition in full for the entire account BY September 30, 2019 and you will receive TWO FREE recital tickets (max of 4 free tickets per family). Your free ticket code will be sent to you by email in May to use when ordering your tickets online.
What if my child misses a class?
Any class a student misses due to illness can be made up within 6 weeks by attending any other similar class. Prior arrangements must be made for the make-up class through the office.
Costumes will be paid for in two payments. If you are not participating in recital, please inform the office no later than December 1st. A $75 deposit for each costume will be due by November 26th. Deposits not paid by the 15th of December will be charged a $15 late fee. If payment is not made by Christmas break, you WILL NOT get a costume. Balances are due by February 28th. A late fee will be added to your account if not paid by March 15th. If you drop a class, you are still responsible for that costume. Any costumes not picked up by recital will become property of Ginny’s Danceworks.
COSTUMES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
There is a $30 fee for any returned checks.
