Dance Fitness is a medium to high impact workout using moves from Zumba and Lablast fitness which is a program started by Louis Van Amstel of dancing with the stars.  You will dance away your waist with fun music and weights all while learning some salsa, cha cha, and jive. PBT is also known as Progressing Ballet Technique and strengthens muscles that dancers need.  Great workout for anyone! Even moms!  If doing these classes from home, you will need some additional supplies.  All levels are welcome.
